Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland.
Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.
Sage Pay uses a range secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.
Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.
Sage Pay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.
In addition, you know that your session is in a secure encrypted environment when you see https:// in the web address, and/or when you see the locked padlock symbol alongside the URL.
So when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected. We do reserve the right to cancel a sale and process a full refund if, in good faith, a product has been incorrectly listed, an error occurs in our stock levels or a price error has occurred.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. You are legally entitled to request details of the personal information which we hold about you, under the UK’s Data Protection Act 1998.
Small items are usually delivered by royal mail. First class is usually delivered in 1-3 working days from dispatch. Royal mail claim 92% of items are delivered to this, although please allow up to 14 working days. We are unable to pursue a lost delivery within this time period. If your order is of a higher value than £20, the maximum claim for loss or damage, please contact us directly to upgrade to a courier delivery.
Larger items are usually sent via TNT. This delivery will usually arrive 2-3 working days from dispatch
Bike deliveries are usually made during working hours, Monday to Friday and again are usually dispatched via TNT.

Once you have completed your order, we will contact you in order to arrange a convenient date. Please ensure you are available to personally sign for expensive deliveries, as we can accept no responsibility for subsequent loss or damage due to delivery caused by a third party. If after a first attempt courier is unable to deliver an item, they will normally leave a card to arrange receipt of order on one more occasion free of charge. Subsequent attempted deliveries may incur a charge at a standard rate imposed by the courier.
All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the The Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation of The Distance Selling Regulations.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
No items may be returned to us without prior contact.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
