The Edge Cycleworks is committed to keeping your bicycle running as smoothly and as safely as we can. To ensure you and your bike receive the best possible service or repair, our workshops are managed by experienced cyclists with the highest degree of technical training.

Our Technicians are trained continuously during their careers with The Edge Cycleworks, with Cytech level 2 being a minimum requirement for all of our technical staff. In fact 30% of our staff have achieved the highest standard of Cytech Level 3. All of our Stores offer an open plan workshop environment. This enables you to interact with our Techs at any time whilst your bike is in the workstand, allowing you to give us vital feedback about your specific requirements as a cyclist.

Our service structure is as follows:

• We will give you a cost and time estimate before commencing any repair work.
• Pick or choose from Fixed Complete Services or Specific itemised Work
• If any additional work is necessary we will give you a call to ensure you want it doing.
• Once completed we will provide you with a service sheet so you can see what has been done and what may be needed in the future.
