The Edge Cycleworks Est. 1998

The Edge was founded in 1998 in Chester with our Lancaster Store opening shortly after in 2000.

Our aim was to create a fun environment for cyclists that would cater for both the enthusiast and novice simultaneously. All our staff are experienced and enthusiastic cyclists who really enjoy working with other riders experienced or not. Our philosophy is to give honest and accurate advice without scaring away new riders with jargon or indifference.

We offer the highest level of service with all new bikes being supplied fully built and serviced to the highest standard by one of our Cytech Qualified Technicians. Bikes also get a free service after 8 weeks of riding to ensure your continued satisfaction.

Central to our commitment to service is our highly regarded open workshop policy. We believe your bike is as special to you as it is to us. We want all of our customers to see the care and attention we take with each persons bike.

We are official stockists for a huge range of bikes, including Trek, Orange, Gary Fisher, Marin, Whyte, Wilier, Mezzo and much more. We offer a range of bikes to accommodate different styles and needs. As a result you will be able to choose from great selection of City bikes, Mountain bikes, Road bikes and Kids bikes all offered in store. We also stock a full range of cycling parts, accessories and clothing including Bontrager, Endura, Sealskinz, Topeak, Easton, Park, Shimano, and Giro to name a few.
